• Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size or delivery method.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are confirmed, as many of our products are made to order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, in the event of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected misuse.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Singapore only. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Custom Orders

Custom orders (including personalised sizes, corporate gifts, and collaborations) are confirmed via email and subject to approval. Once approved and paid, custom orders cannot be changed or refunded.
