Thank you for supporting our art!

We take great care in producing and packaging our prints, and we hope you love what you receive. Because each piece is made with intention and printed to order, all sales are final. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund. In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned to us.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, size, or design, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
